What We Do

Our service basket offers full package manufacturing for all types of Apparels and Soft Accessories. 

We are a new age garment unit equipped with state-of-the art production facility. Over the years, we have evolved to house latest infrastructure and technology to suit the changing customer needs and trends. House of Attuendo unit providing end-to-end facilities under one roof to its esteemed clients.

We offer customized garment and fabric manufacturing services. Our creative services include bespoke pattern development, CAD conversion, embroidery, high speed knitting etc. We are capable to handle complex and detailed orders as per defined timeline.

TECHNICAL PACK DEVELOPMENT

We have an in house team of dedicated Designers and technicians to help in development of tech packs. You can send us your own or we can simply assist you in creating them from scratch.

MATERIALS AND TRIM SOURCING

We understand the exclusivity of your collection. We have a dedicated sourcing team that regularly interact with Fabric Mills and Trim manufacturers across India and the globe to source and develop every specific requirement of our clients.

FABRIC TESTING

While Sourcing your fabrics, threads and trims, we test to ensure that all our offering are well above the requirements of our buyers. Our Quality Tests are done via a buyer nominated Test Center of our globally reputed Quality partner SGS and we share all the test reports are sent directly to the buyer for approval.​​

PATTERN DEVELOPMENT AND GRADING

Our CAD team as well as our Pattern Maters work in conjugation to develop patterns as Tech Packs and the Measurements of the buyer. We work with the buyers in creating graded patterns and final patterns.

CAD

If you have printing or embroidery needs, we have a designated Graphic and Textile designer working to provide you with the best output. We are equipped with the latest CAD enables Digital textile Printers, Computerized Embroidery Machine and T-shirt Printing Machines to get the best results with Highest Accuracy.

SAMPLING AND PROTOTYPING 

To remove any difficulties that may arise at the time of production, we work with our clients to create Prototypes and Fit Samples with a detailed approval record of the client before we begin scale production. We want to ensure you are fully satisfied before we start bulk production.

FABRIC CUTTING

Our Sampling division is equipped with modern cutting tools, while our Production department is equipped with full automated CAD systems from Gerber for Bulk Fabric Cutting to ensure Error less cutting with highest accuracy and lowest wastage.

SEWING

We have a State-of -Art sewing machine system that is constantly upgraded to achieve accuracy and efficiency. Our Expert team of Industrial Engineers and Quality controls take utmost care to ensure quality and efficiency is maintained at each stage of output. 

FINISHING AND QUALITY CONTROL

Our Finishing Division is Guided by a team of Expert Finishing Supervisors, who work in conjugation with the Merchandisers to Ensure that all Steps of Finishing happen with highest accuracy. Each garment is checked thoroughly by our expert quality team at all stages of production, creating a 9 point checkpost report that is forwarded to our buyer for Reference. 

PACKING AND DISPATCH

Your order is packed as per your specification- hangar, flat or as per instructions. We do freight forwarding, custom clearance and doorstep delivery, Direct In-store delivery as per the requirements of our clients. ​​

EMBROIDERY

From handwork to computerized embroidery, we have both facilities available in-house. We can do all kinds of embellishment such as threadwork, beads, zardozi, sequins and more.​

TECHNIQUES

We have in house machinery and partnerships with reliable vendors to produce a variety of styles. Techniques like Printing (digital, block, screen, discharge), smocking, laser cutting, various washes, embroideries, heat set pleating, schifli and many more can be undertaken.
